Inspiring Minds works in selected schools and with their teachers. Parent Consent forms
In order for your children to participate in our Tutoring and Mentoring programs, we need a parent to fill out the necessary forms of consent. You may electronically complete the Google Forms, or you also have the option to email, mail or drop off the forms, to our office. Each document includes both English and Spanish translations.
